So early last week my Computer was having a problem so i pressed Reset.. Only it wouldnt switch back on.
Took the PC back to the shop and the results were~
Mother Board
Power Supply
Graphics Card
Hard Drive
CPU
Computer Fan (big jet with Blue Lights T_T)
were all fried and melted, had to get the Computer completely Replaced.
Also everything from my hard drive was UnSalvageable so i lost everything that wasn't backed up mid year including The Animation Project Renders and Files.
Right now just got the PC fixed and in the middle of restoring everything but still >,< taken ages
hope all of you had a better start to the holidays X-X

Ouch, that sounds like a nasty short or something. I've never heard of a reset button causing that much damage.
I have a teeny tiny bit of your work for the final project. I don't think it helps though.

Oh man, the exact same thing happened to me this time last year. That's got to suck the hard one >_<
If you can power up the hard drive, try looking into some HDD Recovery tools. If you really want to get your stuff back that is. Or even just test it out. HDD don't usually fry along with the rest of your computer, but if it has... have someone throw it in the air and then you can shoot it.
